Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–7 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes another 4–7 business days depending on your location and courier service.

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 10,000. For orders below that, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Yes. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is payable via Cash on Delivery when your item arrives.

Yes — customization is available in theme, color, and size. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can confirm your custom design and any timeline changes.

Every piece is handcrafted, so slight natural variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur — this is part of what makes each item one of a kind, not a defect. If you receive a genuinely damaged or incorrect item, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. Once verified, we provide a free replacement (Multani Virsa covers replacement shipping), which typically takes 7–14 business days.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. Since our products are handmade, natural variations in design aren’t considered defects and aren’t eligible for return.
